Rates for accommodation and food (per day) from Thursday (July 3, 2008) evening through Sunday noon (July 6, 2008) based on 24 hour stay plus 3 meals per day.

Preregistration discounted rates are available now. In order to be eligible for this rate, you need to register before May 31, 2008.

OPTION 1 1 After filling all the information, including credit card payment information on the above registration form, click the e-mail button on the form. This will send all the information directly to the PCNAK registration committee and they will withdraw necessary funds from the provided credit card. Also print the form and mail it in the address provided below. A minimum payment of $400.00 is required. OPTION 2   If you want to pay the amount online (but don't want to send the credit card information) you can do it yourself. Fill in the information in the registration form (without credit card information) and print it out. Note the total amount as calculated by the form. Click the "Pay Now" button below. HELP US BE A SPONSOR At the next screen, enter the amount and click update totals. Then press "continue" (this link located above the credit card icons). Continue with the credit card payment at the next screen. Please send the printed copy of the registration form to the address provided below. A minimum payment of $400.00 is required. OPTION 3   Fill in all the information in the registration form (without credit card information) and print it out. Send the registration form along with a minimum payment of $400.00 to the address provided below.
